Private-pay pricing is a base pickup fee plus mileage — no surprises. This gives you a ballpark; we'll confirm the exact total when you book.
Estimate only, based on our standard private-pay rate — a $40 wheelchair or $30 ambulatory pickup fee plus $4 per mile, doubled for round trips, plus $0.50 per minute of wait time. Weekend/holiday/after-hours pickups add a flat surcharge. A companion can always ride along at no extra charge. Final pricing is confirmed when you book; discharge assistance or other add-ons may apply.
